Quality Management System (QMS)

Farindon’s operations are managed under our Quality Management System, which encompasses WHS, Quality Assurance, Environmental Management, Finance/Administration, Operations, Estimating and Human Resources.


Stakeholder Management

Many of our projects involve internal fitouts while our clients are operating on their site. It is of the utmost importance to Farindon that we carry out our works with minimal disturbance to our clients.

Approach

Our detailed project specific, construction management, quality assurance, occupational health and safety and environmental plans reflect industry best practice. Each plan is tailored to reflect our clients’ specific project requirements.

Project Programming

We underake a thorough pre-planning process for each project to ensure construction programming, cash flow projections and scheduling are carefully established. All team members are aware of these strict requirements; ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.

Work Health & Safety (WHS)

The safety of our workforce and subcontractors is of paramount importance. Our system is accredited to  ISO 45001:2018. Our systems comply with and are accredited to the WHSMS policy of the NSW Government’s WH&S Management System. We undertake comprehensive staff training and system audits to ensure compliance is maintained.

Environmental Management

Farindon is aware of the impact that construction projects can have on the environment. Accordingly, an Environmental Management Plan is prepared for each project. This takes into account all environmental factors such as noise, air and visual pollution together with flora and fauna protection. Our Environmental Management System is accredited to ISO 14001: 2015.

Quality Assurance

Accreditation with ISO 9001: 2015 assures the completion of our projects to the highest standard.


Construction Cost Management and Control

We employ the industry’s most advanced cost management and control systems to ensure construction costs are carefully monitored and managed for our clients.

Human Resource Management
