Our Services

Farindon provide a comprehensive range of services that include:

  • Feasibility
  • Cost planning
  • Traditional lump sum
  • Construction management
  • Negotiated lump sum
  • Design & Construct

We often become involved in the early stages of a project to provide construction advice and Cost Planning; also being able to provide fully integrated services from concept to completion.

Environmental Initiatives

We are currently involved with several sustainable initiatives which produce long term environmental benefits in conjunction with our shareholders.

We are  involved with a series of staged environmental works with Green Australia, Local Land Services, Rivers of Carbon, NSW Environmental Trust, The Australian River Restoration Centre and the NSW Government. These works include the construction of riparian zones, native revegetation, erosion controls, protection of native vegetation, increasing biodiversity and providing habitat for wildlife.

Besides enabling the vegetation to regenerate naturally, with the areas being fenced off from grazing stock; over 10,000 trees have been planted in the last 5 years. The carbon reduction resulting from the new trees planted is equivalent to an emission reduction of approximately 170 tonnes per year; however the total emission reduction taking into account the natural regeneration is considerably higher.
